Glowe™ Terms of Service

Welcome to Glowe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of glowespray.com.au (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Glowe is an Australian business operating from 271 Knox St, Broken Hill NSW 2880, Australia. You can contact us any time at hello@glowespray.com.au.

2. Our products

  • Glowe products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not therapeutic goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
  • Product images are for illustration; minor variations in packaging may occur.

3. Orders

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors), and we'll refund anything you've paid if we decline it.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Discount codes

Only one discount code can be used per order. Promotional codes (including sign-up offers) apply to single-bottle purchases unless stated otherwise — bundles are already discounted. Codes can't be exchanged for cash.

5. Shipping

Dispatch and delivery timeframes, rates and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy, available in the footer of the Site.

6. Returns and our 14-day guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee — used or unused — as set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Your information

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By subscribing to our emails you consent to receive marketing communications, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Glowe name, logo, images and copy — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. The Site

We do our best to keep the Site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We may update product information, pricing and these Terms at any time; changes apply from when they're posted on the Site.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
