Glowe™ Shipping Policy

We ship every order from regional New South Wales, Australia.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours (business days). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Australia

  • Standard shipping — $8.99 AUD (3–8 business days)
  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $50 AUD
  • Express shipping — $15 AUD

International

  • Flat rate — $20 AUD to selected countries shown at checkout
  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days
  • Any customs duties, import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number by email at dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible at hello@glowespray.com.au — we can usually correct it before dispatch. We can't take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address once shipped.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement straight away. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll replace or refund it in full.
